I thought this book reminded me of some olden day stories, true stories, when young women have to marry very old men. I thought this story was very disturbing when the girl had to marry some old guy and she was forced to it. This story was kind of odd. :s

i liked this book, and towrds the end, i felt sad for Celeste and Jon for not being together. I really wanted to enter the book and scream at Celeste for marrying Jon's dad, but she did what she had to do.

I loved this book. I read it in one day. I couldn't put it down because it was SO interesting and I wanted to know what was going to happen to Celeste. I didn't really like the ending, I wanted Celeste to marry Jon. I think that the book was very well written and I reccomend it.
